Services Offered
Roberto Cedolin offers Bitcoin education consultations (30-minute sessions at €40, 60-minute sessions at €70, and intensive 3-hour sessions at €180) and online courses ("Introduction to Bitcoin" at €400). Services are delivered remotely via video call or digital content.
Payments
Payments are accepted via credit/debit card (Stripe) or Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning Network). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed before the service is delivered.
Refund Policy
Consultations: a full refund is available if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows. Courses: a full refund is available if requested before the first session takes place. Once the first session has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
Service Delivery
Consultations are delivered via video call (Google Meet or similar) at the time agreed via Calendly. Course access details are sent by email within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Roberto Cedolin reserves the right to reschedule consultations with 24 hours' notice.
Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and recordings are the exclusive property of Roberto Cedolin. Purchasers receive a personal, non-transferable licence for their own educational use. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The educational content provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice. Roberto Cedolin is not liable for any financial decisions made based on the content of consultations or courses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
